Payment
We accept the main national flags and offer the option of paying in up to 12 installments without interest*. Approval of the order for payment via credit card takes around 30 minutes. If you have any problems after making the payment, you can contact us.
Spot payment options are: Pix and Boleto Banking.
Approval of the request is made after the release of the amount paid by the bank. We do not approve the order without bank clearance
Delivery
The order is shipped according to the deadline specified in the specifications.techniques of the product. If we have any delays at the factory, we notify the customer immediately.
We currently deliver your order via post office or the JadLog carrier. Unfortunately, it is not impossible to select the best one in the cart, but if you have any preferences, you can let us know through the service channel.

According to the consumer code, the exchange is only allowed within 7 calendar days after receiving the order.
To make the exchange, the product must have the packaging of the lenses sealed and without erasures.
Devolution
If the product (contact lenses) purchased is defective within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt, the customer must contact and report the occurrence to obtain clarification.
The following will not be considered for warranty purposes: tears, cracks, fungus, inappropriate handling, inadequate asepsis products, proteins and/or bacteria.
For the purpose of exchanging or analyzing the product, it is necessary that the original packaging be kept (glasses, blisters and/or metal seals).
Returned products must be without violation of the manufacturer's original seal, that is, without any intervention that implies the loss of warranty, accompanied by the manual, all accessories and preferably in the original packaging.
All products will undergo a prior analysis and if it is found that there is no defect or non-compliance with any of the conditions described in the previous topic, the product will be sent back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged.
Defective products sent to the manufacturer have a period of up to 30 days for analysis.
For other products, the warranty period may vary depending on the supplier.
